Rules for using senlo so mail from every customer keeps being delivered and trusted.
Do not use the service to
- Send spam: bulk or commercial mail to people who did not ask for it, or purchased and scraped lists.
- Phish, impersonate people or organizations, or forge senders.
- Send malware or links to it.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or infringe others’ rights.
- Get around limits, for example with extra accounts to send more mail.

- Let an agent send or act without your review where the service requires it.
Sending limits
Workspaces with an address on a shared service domain can send at most 50 messages in any 24 hours, with up to 10 recipients each. Higher volumes need a different service.
What happens when the policy is broken
Depending on the risk, we may hold or refuse messages, pause sending, suspend an account or workspace, or close it. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
Email support@senlo.dev with the subject “Abuse report”. Include:
- The senlo address involved.
- The full message headers, or the message attached as a file.
- When it happened and what went wrong.
Never send passwords or recovery codes. We will not ask for them.
