Terms of Service

The service

senlo provides business email, categories you define, calendars linked to conversations, tasks and tools for agents you connect. It is under active development. Features may change, and some services are available only on some deployments.

Your account

• Give accurate details and verify your email address.
• We encourage two-factor authentication. Once you set it up, keep your recovery codes safe: they are the only way back in if you lose your authenticator.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the agents and apps you authorize.
• An address you choose on a shared service domain is permanent and cannot be renamed. Each account gets one. If you delete its workspace, the address is retired: nobody else can claim it.

Workspaces and teammates

A workspace owns its addresses, mail, categories and calendar. Inviting someone shares all of the workspace’s inboxes and calendar data with them. Owners and admins manage members and addresses, and are responsible for who they invite.

Limits

• Each workspace can store up to 2 GB of messages, original copies and files. When a workspace is full, new incoming mail is refused and the sender receives a bounce. Imports and new file uploads are refused too. You can still read, send and delete mail to free space.
• Messages in Trash are deleted forever 30 days after they are moved there. Messages in Spam are deleted forever 30 days after they arrive there.
• Workspaces with an address on a shared service domain can send at most 50 messages in any 24 hours, with up to 10 recipients each. The limit also applies across all workspaces you send from.

Acceptable use

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may hold messages, pause sending or suspend accounts that break it.

Automatic processing, agents and integrations

• Incoming mail is categorised automatically and details such as invoice totals or dates may be extracted by AI models. Results can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them.
• Automations never choose a new recipient. Forwarding goes only to destinations an admin verified, and uncertain results do not trigger a rule.
• Agents act only within the permissions you approve. Sending mail stays your action.
• Notion and other apps you connect have their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Your content

Your mail, files and calendars stay yours. You allow ReSynapse to store, process and transmit them only to provide and protect the service. See the Privacy Policy.

Domains and payments

• Domains bought through the service are registered with Cloudflare in your name. You must accept Cloudflare’s registration agreement.
• A completed registration cannot be refunded by the registrar. Failed or refused registrations are reviewed for a refund.
• Domains do not renew automatically. Keep track of renewal yourself.
• Paid plans, if any, and their prices are shown before checkout. Polar processes payments.

Availability and your copies

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Export your mail regularly if you need your own copy.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Account security. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk. Where it is safe to do so, we give notice and a chance to export your mail first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and ReSynapse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
